Shower sump non-return valve problems

Can anybody recommend a good quality non-return valve that I can put in my shower sump box.

The valve currently fitted is a "duck-bill" type, and no matter what I do to it, there are currently two valves in line, water seeps back through the valves and results in the pump running every 15 - 20 minutes through the night, very annoying.

The pipe size is 19mm.

I just replaced ours. I was cleaning the box and they started to fall apart. Worked fine up to this point. Someone here recommended contacting Rule which was listed under another parent company name. I filled out a complaint on their website and within days a lady responded. She replied that she would put a couple in the mail to me at no charge. I was shocked! Installed and works again as designed.

You can get a common brass plumbing check valve from a hardware store they work great.
