I am suspecting that the mixer valve in the guest head is fouled as there is no pressure in the line coming from the wall and the shower head is a new replacement. What brand is used in the '99 480 DB or other similar vintage boats?

I am going to have to take ours apart and investigate. I get better pressure from the transom washdown and the galley sink washdown than I do in the fwd shower. I realize it is further away from the pump but I guess it wouldn't hurt to look. I have taken apart the head and cleaned it several times with no luck. We have the cheap white plastic shower head and not the large adjustable spray such as the larger boats. I have been tempted to buy the 4.3gpm pump but maybe I should check the valve first. I remember how much crap was in the sink strainer when I cleaned it so it wouldn't surprise me to find stuff in there.
Four Suns, was it something that could be taken apart, cleaned and reassembled or should I expect 10yr old seals to crumble and really be in trouble?

I received a response from Sea Ray and he identified the shower valve as a Delta unit (and visually it does look like one), so I may have lucked out. I will take it apart next weekend, armed with a diagram similar to what Gary had for Grohe. I assume that I am looking for scale build-up inside the diaphragm or is there another place that I should look?

I finished the shower project yesterday. The shower mixer is a series 1300 Delta unit and the rebuild kit cost $70 at Lowe's. Inside the brass diaphragm is a plastic mixing valve that was clogged that I replaced (it is blue in color). After three attempts to pump water I learned that the position of the start and stop pieces (one brass and one plastic) is critical and will work only in its factory set location (in other words study that position when you take it apart). Once I put the pieces in the proper location, there is plenty of water in the system.

While I tore it down and cleaned out the housing that is unncessary, as it can be done by unscrewing the knob and pulling everything out. It works great now.
