Just curious to see how many Sea Ray folks are also Power Squadron members?

I'm the commander of the Annapolis Sail and Power Squadron this year. Our squadron is pretty active, with a good schedule of summer boating events, boating education courses, and service to our local community.

What is Richmond's "boot camp?" Is that a training course for new boaters?

What is Richmond's "boot camp?" Is that a training course for new boaters?

The Boot Camp is a course for new boaters with one day of classroom instruction followed by a day on the water. I had my wife and son attend with me to make sure they can run the boat if something happens to me.

I was was very happy with the course and would recommend it to anyone new to boating.

I just bought my 390 Motor Yacht on Long Island last month. The boat was in the Port Washington area, and the commander of the Bayside Power Squadron helped me find a surveyor in the area.
