I have two bulbs left to replace on the 260DA before everything is finally LED. Problem is the last two applications are in tight spaces.

Anybody know of a vendor that has "short" 1142 base bulbs? The standard size is a hair too tall. These go in the anchor lights at the transom and on the mast. Anybody elase already replaced them with LEDs that work?

Thanks,

Thats what I was afraid of. I'll see what I can come up with and let you know.

I think an 1142 is the same as BA15D. My socket is plastic with two connection points at the base.

Go to LEDLight dot com and do a search for BA15D
I used Product code 84634 in blue for my cockpit replacements... the lens is close but they fit.

That may work. It measures 1.25" long and the one I tried was 1.43". I'll measue the old bukb if I can find it and see.
Thanks!
