Shore Power Plug

Hello mayb someone can answer me.. I have a 1988 30' Weekender.. I will have to replace the shore power outlet on the port side of my boat this spring.. I have a feeling running / re wiring to the pannel may be difficult.. Do any of you have any suggestions, or can offer any information on how to do this.

Why are you rewiring it? Did you have a fire or arcing or something?

You may find that you only need a new plug on the boat.

Ditto, probably a new plug/inlet. Easy to do.
