Shore power on Standard outlet

And please be careful. If you have a leaking current in your neutrals, I assume that could give you a jolt.
Getting between an open neutral and the good neutral will kill you. You become a series circuit with the load and get the full current through you. Be careful.

Probably a good idea to at least unplug the cord from the boat and see if you have power at the hot/neutral before plugging it in to the boat....
 
Why are you connecting power directly to the charger when you clearly have a charger onboard powered by the shore power and you show it as turned on. Its the switch marked "Converter". Something does not seem right here.
