shore power not working 1991 220 DA

a while back my shore power stopped working (it worked fine up until then.) i think someone was on my boat and did something to it but I don't know what. all the switches and breakers are set properly but don't know what it could be. Unless its a line underneath the steering wheel. see attached, although that might be the horn which was not reattached from the dealership that I purchased it from because the horn doesn't work. t

How about the breaker/switch right next to the shore power cord connection?

Can't find a pic with the lid open but there is a breaker/switch inside.
