she is wearin' me out...

We almost had a casualty Saturday night, heading back north in full darkness on Lake Michigan, the Admiral knocks out one of her cockpit pillows. It had to be saved! Oh well, it was a great man overboard rescue practice operation. LOL

Thanks for restarting this one! I’m LOL!!! We have 15 pillows on our 330. I see the trend here, woman. Nesters. When we brought the 330 home, she immediately started making below her/our home. Now her deal is turning the dock into our home kitchen! Painted cabinets, been to trade days to get “lake signs”, lights, chairs, table, microwave, toaster oven, frier, popcorn maker, granite and Lord knows what else she has! She loves it all. Its 3 AM and I just look over and smile at this woman I’m so lucky to have for 24 years, sleeping, probably dreaming of her next thing she is taking to the lake!

Did you have to hit the man overboard button on the GPS and now you can't figure out how to turn that beep off? That happened on ours once......

OK, this is a pretty funny thread...I had a similar conversation about pillows. Every leather, vinyl, or fabric covered seating arrangement needs a pillow, or so went the argument. We've toned it down to 12 decorative pillows, but make sure that you don't use them for anything other than the foo-f. We have 'functional' pillows for sleeping (not included in the count), don't dare use one of the decorative ones.

The best part of this all was the advertisement for pillows on this site, see image - LOL

In my world, all this means is an opportunity to shop for new pillows. And, more likely, if we can't find ones that match, all new pillows. I know how she thinks. I'm on to her.

in fact, I can see mine knocking the pillow out on purpose. I hope you don't have to live with this sort of underhanded manipulation.

LOL, to us ladies pillows are nearly as essential as the engines:)

It is the ongoing joke on our boat. If we have more than 5 guests I require we move the above deck pillows to the car to make space. She has 9 pillows on our bed, 6 in the aft cabin, 6 in the dinette, and 6 above deck. 27 pillows on a 36' boat. At least she makes them and doesn't make me walk around a store while she pillow shops.

Thank goodness the previous owner had $3000 worth of comforter and pillows custom made...and my wife loved them!
