Yesterday, Fantastic time!!! Beautiful day out, best band on the bay, Sons of Pirates. First cross bay trip with new SEI drive. Pops up plane fast, performed perfect.

Dam, sorry I missed this, I went right by on my way back from Fairlee. Saw all the boats and almost stopped in. Dam.
 
They have a bunch of free temp slips on weekends. Just idle at gas dock, tell the orange shirts you want a temp slip for a couple hours. Almost always many available. Except holiday weekends its hit or miss. Great bands this weekend.

I wish, I can never get a slip in there, except in the back where you have to pay and walk half a mile.

I have anchored off the beach and taken the dinghy in though. Dog like's that place.

Going to be in Solomons and Deal this next week. Looking forward to it, hitting the tiki bar down there.

Nice trip. Be safe, watch weather Sun to Tues. we may not go out at all. Holiday and all the crazies and cops and Canada smoke. Will see.

Going to Tilghman first then Solomons. Should be ok, I hope.

Can barely see anything on the bay today, a lot of smoke.
 
We were going to ‘entertain’ friends this holiday. Wife said”lets just do us, we been boating bad weather long time, dont wanna be responsible for guests“. So tomorrow we getting gas, putting up aft canvas top and heading out for weekend just us. She’s a good woman. Dam canvas cost me a fortune, gonna come in handy this weekend.

Yeah we boat in bad weather as well. The bay doesn't really ever kick up enough for me to even check the sea's. At least not like when I use to go to Block Island a lot.
 
Tomorrow we going to Tiki Lee on Back River. Never been but we signed up as VIP members. Gives us access to pool deck and other amenities that the unwashed masses can’t access.
Probably hit the Shanty at Tolchester Sunday. And Tuesday.
Weather not looking too bad.
 
That's cool, sounds like to good time.

I'm going to hit the tiki bar in solomons as soon as we dock and get settled on Sunday.

Ive never been that far south by boat, been Solomons a couple times by car. Furthest by boat is Oxford.
Had plans for summer to go south with daughter for a week. But she changed plan, went west, up in Wisconsin heading to South Dakota and parts West.

Actually I think I recommended it to @mrsrobinson when he was on his trip to his home port with his new to him boat but I don't think he made it there. It's Badass!

Well you're not kidding, that dam bugger is probably the best I've had out. Thank you for recommending that place. Dog loved it also, had his own basket of fries. We also had the sticky ribs. Also very good.

Funny we went down there after drinking around a bit. Found the other two couples on there kayaks and towed down with us. Great time.

Get back from travels yet? Supposed to get nasty later. All my tiki bars canceled bands for today.
We staying in port, I plan to take a zodiac excursion Tuesday. Go to pistol range Wednesday. Small window before it all goes to hell again thursday thru weekend.

Tuesday is calling for NW wind 10-20 and Wednesday is Calling for SE 5-10. I was going to go over to Tilghman Island on Tuesday but not so sure. I am planning day to day.
