Shaft size.

:smt024 Anybody out there know the shaft size on a 2004 8.1 340 DA with V-Drives.

I believe they are 1 1/2 inch

Just one of those days nice ride on the st. Lucie river and BAM !! Snapped port shaft and lost prop .grrrrrrrr!! Took a nice peace of fiberglass out too. Sometimes boating sucks
