Serpentine Belt Squeal returns found great site for troubleshooting and FIX

My serpentine belt started to squeal again I found this site which helped me finally diagnose the problem in a systematic way without wasting money on parts and guessing. I had 2 pulleys out of alignment and was able to fix 1 in about 15 minutes with a shim behind the mounting bracket, will need to fix the other later need a pulley puller to move the pulley. I used a straight edge to find the misalignment and flipped the belt 180 no squeal for now.
