Searay215 needs new bow roller/fairlead

Hi, my 97 Searay215 E/C needs a new bow roller. The one that came with the boat is a now twisted and bent Ronstan Self Launching type. As the bow of the boat where the B/R fits slopes downwards at about 45 degrees I wonder if I really need a self launching one at all. I am also replacing the anchor from a Delta 4kg to a Rocna 6kg. Our boating is the Hauraki Gulf which is mainly mud and silt bottom and the Delta seldom held.

I would welcome any suggestions re: bow roller and anchor.:thumbsup:

I don't know how much help this is but the Bow Roller Sea Ray used on the successor to your boat (the 2002-2007 215 and 225 Weekender) was manufactured by Windline so it may fit well if the bow is similar.
