SeaRay 400 Sundancer Bed Sheets and bed cover

There are several manufacturers of custom sheets - best to google it and get some prices. There's one other route I might suggest. Locate a local seamstress or garment sewing expert either at your local cleaners or through your local craigslist posting. If you can find someone who is good and close-by, ask them if they would take a small side job on an hourly basis. Many will be happy to charge $20/hr especially if it's not a rush job. Then get some template paper and template your mattress along with some pictures and measurements of the height. Buy a nice high-thread-count sheet set that is slightly larger than the size of your mattress and bring the template and sheet set to the seamstress. Should take them 3-4 hours to make the cuts and adjustments to the sheets. Consider getting a second pair of sheets and have them do both if you go this route...
 
My wife just bought a Queen set from one of the local big-box stores and used those little elastic clips to hold the fitted sheet in place. I think it actually looks better than the stock bedding.
 
MY wife did the same thing, bought stock ones and cut and added elastic to make them fitted. Look great and saved a lot of boat dollars. If nobody sews, bring to a seamstress.

I have the sectioned cushions with a foam mattress cover we cut ourselves....still pondering what the best sheet solution might be, since we do lift the cushion at the foot of the bed to retrieve items from storage. I'm not much of a seamstress myself so we've been using two flat sheets and tucking the bottom one tightly, but it's not ideal.
