Seadek/Marinemat/Aquamarine Protective Top-coat

I am also looking at getting rid of my carpet and add a new flooring for the cockpit and TNT hydraulic swimstep/lift on my '95 450 Sundancer. does anyone have insight on the difference between SeaDek, DIY EVA, or PlasDeck? From what i have read, PlasDeck is most durable, but nuisance to lay down as it needs to be glued down. SeaDeck and EVA essentially same, but DIY version not as refined and Laser milled SeaDeck, but as durable and substantially cheapest than other options. Do all products feel the same when you walk on it? or is the PlasDeck a harder surface?
Which is easiest to clean? And now i read this thread and .... AquaMarine is on the scene. Im a first time boat owner and second guessing every option. How does PlasDeck compare to AquaMarine?

We did the cockpit & helm with Infinity Woven Vinyl ( Corinthian 15% disc ) and the swim steps are DIY eBay Eva foam 3.5 years and still looking good.

I sprayed it on, only put it on my swim platform so 1 bottle was enough for that

Just finished installing my platform. Weather sucks this weekend but will be spraying it down on Monday depending on weather

I got quotes for my upper and lower platforms @ $3500 & $4000.... DIY, not as pretty as yours, but I'll keep mine for now.

I had the dyi off of eBay for the first two seasons but after reupholstering with accents of grey I felt the need to redo the flooring. Aqua marine decks runs a sale at the end of the season. Was able to pay half in the fall then template over the winter. Templating was key, the draft template they sent me wasn’t even close. glad I took the time to do that.

For you guys thinking about waterproofing your canvas, camper tops, or covers. I have used a lot of different things over the years, my favorite by far for canvas is the Starbrite Waterproofing. I use it on our vehicles convertible top as well. It creates a really awesome barrier to where the canvas really repels water in an amazing way. I did a test video on my last application on our convertible. Fast forward to the 6:30 marker if you want to skip to the results:

IMHO, I have used 303 Fabric Protector for the past 10 years and no way is there anything better....maybe just as good, but not better...
