Seadeck

2007 27' Amberjack - Has anyone used Seadeck or an alternate to that?
The outside carpets fell apart years ago and would love to remove the snaps and install Seadeck or something like it. Doesn't seem to be too many other options, but would love to hear opinions.

I have sea deck and deckit. I prefer deckit. It is a little denser and I think it will wear better than the sea deck

I really like the sea deck and willing to sacrifice the heat factor under foot for the looks but was always concerned about wear. Please tell. Corresponding pics would be great. PS your hard top among other mod's are badass!

I have had Seadek in a couple boats and this year we tried Aquatraction in our 22' center console at the recommendation of a local charter fisherman. Very good product that looks fantastic, is much easier to keep clean and seams to be more durable as it is a denser material.

The sea deck on the swim platform all the way up to the helm is 9 years old. I have spilt about a pint of used engine oil on it and it cleaned up perfectly. It also deadens the sound of the engines. The high wear area, the pathway into the boat started to look crappy this year. It is wearing through the tan into the black. I will try to take a picture soon and update
The gunwale is deckit. This is my first year with it. It feels denser. There is a possibility it might wear better.

I am looking for reviews on flooring for the cockpit/swim platform on my 2001 SeaRay 410. Everything points to seadeck but I want to see what you guys think of alternatives to them that are cheaper.

Is this Seagrass brand? It looks great! How is the vinyl to walk/stand on for longer periods of time?

I just started another thread, forgot about this one last year. Waiting on a price for the woven vinyl, they were the only company I found that had a template already for my boat.
