OK Guys....I m' back in the water and ran her all weekend. (Still have a 5 psi difference between port and starboard water pressure 19 psi on starboard full throttle and 13 psi on port)) It apparently was the lines going to the fuel cooler under the motor. Mechanics said they "had never seen" parts of the impellor making it that far down the system. I'm relived that this ordeal is over but pissed it took so long. THANKS TO EVERYONE who gave the great advice.
