Sea Tow Franchise Closes in Portland OR

I received a letter last week from Sea Tow headquarters notifying area customers that the franchise serving Portland OR / Vancouver WA has closed. No details offered in the letter or at http://www.seatow.com , but the economy was likely a big factor. I guess it's time to investigate Vessel Assist at the boat shows.

Anyone else hear of boat towing operations closing?
