Can someone tell me where Sea Ray corp is located currently? Any contact info for the home office would be so appreciated.

Have been inquiring about an older part using the ubiquitous Marine Max form found online for each dealer.....and getting almost a zero response, not even an acknowledgement.

Merritt Island, FL is closed, yes?

Thanks for any info.

If you're looking for Customer Support call 321-449-8628
They've always been very helpful

Here are a couple of points for the Original Poster:

Marine Max compensates their people one a profit center bonus basis. If you want a new Air-conditioning unit, or a new refrigerator, the MM parts guy will knock you down to help you, but if you need a $5.00 part for a 25 year old boat, they will not waste time on doing the research.

A lot of us have been around Sea Ray boats a long time. Next time try posting exactly what you need. It is very likely that one or more of us have already been down that road and have found an OEM vendor.

Sea Ray world headquarters is in a bank building in Knoxville TN....... lots of desks, chairs, conference tables, and meeting rooms, but no boats and no parts. Always try Customer Service first. The folks at the number listed above are seasoned boat builders who have access to the material requirements planning and historical parts systems. They can look up the specific part you are looking for and will have the vendor's name, phone number, and a contact at the vendor. If you tell Customer Service that you have already tried to get the part from a dealer, they will gladly give you the source and contact numbers, because they are pros with 30+ years experience helping customers and have even less tolerance for deadbeat dealers than we owners do.

Finally, there are a few independent dealers left who are happy to help us get what we need. I keep my boat at a marina that is a Sea Ray servicing dealer and they have the best parts guy in the country on staff. He has been selling marine parts for about 40 years and if it is on a boat, he has seen it and can find it. If you get stuck and need help, PM me and I'll give you his contact info.

I suggest for a better response that you begin a new thread for your answers.

Post your specific information in the thread title within the proper forum, such as sport yachts and yachts.

welcome aboard!

Well that was disappointing lol. Will do . I am having a hard time
Seeing where to start a new thread . Thank you and happy boating

SeaRayB, 1990 39 EC, Very nice boat indeed. As stated above go to proper forum or general discussion for wider response. If my old memory is right FrankW had a 390EC? before the 450DA. I doubt there is anything about that boat Frank can not help you with. The 390 has several great owners on this site that will help as well. You have a wonderful boat, I wish you many happy memories on it. JC
BTW, Do a search on this site for previous discussion about the 390EC. There are some good ones.
