I am replacing a 2005 sea ray navigator with a Raymarine e120 hybrid touch chart plotter. Will the original sea ray transducer give depth data to the new raymarine? Thanks all

I'm not sure about the e120, but when I replaced my old c80 with a new axiom 9 I had to replace the transducer.

I just did the conversion to the Classic E120. I had one E120 and one Navigator; removed the Navigator and added a second E120. The transducer connected to the Navigator is NEMA 0183. So it needs to be connected to the E120 NEMA 0183 buss. The issue is if there are more than one instrument on the 0183 buss then you are at risk of taking the buss down due to data conflicts unless you have a NEMA 0183 multiplexer installed. Your system should also have a Seatalk 1 buss which you could acquire a NEMA 0183 to Seatalk converter and get the transducer to work on the Seatalk backbone which is probably the best way to accomplish. Your E120 also has a Seatalk NG buss which is NEMA 2000; NEMA 0183 to NEMA 2000 converters are common however the E120 cannot use both Seatalk 1 and Seatalk NG at the same time; one or the other...… Your autopilot and GPS is probably on the Seatalk 1 network consequently Seatalk NG is a non-starter....
