Hi there ... does anyone here know where to best buy OEM Sea Ray parts online?? I would like to replace the ignition switch on our 240 Sundeck. Anyone know where I could get one?

The short answer is that you can't. Sea Ray protects its dealers with vendor non-compete contracts. With a couple of minor exceptions, you usually have to go to your dealer for OEM parts. One exception is when Sea Ray sells off excess and odd lot inventory from the factories. THe most reliable surplus seller is Flounder Pounder Marine. Google them and look for the Sea Ray parts link. They do enough business that they have a separate division for SR parts. Ask for Ben Marks....who is an excellent parts guy.
The other approach is to find out the OEM vendor and call them direct. Ask if they have the SR part available in a non-Sea Ray part. If they don't tell them a little fib....."I called my Sea Ray dealer and he said to call you since getting one ignition switch is less than the minimum order limit set by Sea Ray parts." If is true if you go to the trouble to mess with the local dealer.
