Sea Ray in a very sad accident - W/fatality

NAH. The CG boys were rolling 'code 3' on a NON EMERGENT call, at night, no lights or siren in a crowded fairway with LOTS of traffic...heads and carrers will roll and a kid is dead...

13 people on a open bow 26'er is crowded. Nothing to do with the cause of the crash, but what is that boat rated for?

Only losers in this unfortunate accident...

3 months have passed since this 8 year old boy was killed.

Over these three months the Coast Guard has made no announcement and released no findings.

I know we have some coast guard members present and past amongst us. I respect those that serve. I don’t understand the lack of any communication to the grieving family. It’s as if they do not care how much more hurt they put on this family. For heaven’s sake, they already killed their kid, now be men about it, admit the errors that were made and take appropriate action without further delay.

It’s no wonder the late boy’s father has decided to file a lawsuit.

It is a very tragic story and hopefully the delay is because of thorough investigation and not because of some back room bull****…..
The problem with society and excuse my very large paint brush is accountability and NOBODY or at least very few want to step up and admit they Fu== up !!
