what is the actual size of the vent? Is it 5-11/16"x5"?

Think twice before selling the clamshell vent covers. These vents were designed and built for Sea Ray. The company that made them was a small plastic shop in Lebanon, Tennessee. They went out of business in about 2010 and the molds were destroyed, so there will be no more in the parts pipeline. The few that are for sale are left overs from Sea Ray dealers or in the salvage market.
