Sea Ray Fuse & Instrument Panel

Hi all, I have a 1989 Sea Ray 210 BowRider with standard instrument panel. One of the nuts that holds the switches securely in place has gone missing. I've checked all parts catalogs that I can find and simply can't find exactly what I'm looking for. My switches (bilge, blower, accessory, wiper, etc) are silver toggle style and are "pushed through" the instrument panel itself. The missing piece appears to be a nut-like piece that is held onto the base with threads.

Any suggestions on where to find such a piece?
