Sea Ray Customer Service or Technical contact

Does anyone have an email address for a real person in customer service or technical contact at Sea Ray? I would prefer to address my question direct to Sea Ray. You guys are great with providing info but I would prefer to go direct to the factory on this one.

I have always called Searay Direct. Press the option for what size boat you're inquiring about, then press the option that you are a customer. That gets me to a service specialist. Hope that helps.
