In an email this morning from Sea Ray they announced they are opening a new chat feature that will allow a member to live chat with a member of SR's Customer Service dept. This paste is from that email...
"Additionally, for those of you that are practicing social distancing out on the water or dreaming about doing so, we are launching a new web chat feature next week on www.searay.com to make it easier to connect with a Sea Ray Factory Customer Care Representative. You can also reach us through our dedicated 24/7 call response team at 865-971-6250, option 1."
That's a nice addition because I often see people on here asking questions about their SR boat and being directed to Customer Service.
Now there's a new and easy way to do it.
