Sea Ray and Waterfront property

Not recently, but got some thing like it a couple months ago. Landresource used to be based out of Atlanta GA, but have move their offices to Orlando FL. I was interested in one of their communities back in the summer. Cumberland Harbour.

Are any of them florida properties?

Nevermind I see they are not located anywhere I would want to live.

They probably just buy the mainling list then to the department store sale thing.......write the prices up by enough to cover the "Sea Ray" discount.

Stan...you've been too busy putting together the deal on that new 48DA....I've got a special stogey all lined up for 'ya....

I got it this morning to both my personal and office email addresses. SPAM! DELETE!

Stan...CONGRATS on the 48DA :smt038 In 2 days I'm in the water

Hey Morph; we got a couple of forclosure properties in neighbrohood when you get tired of driving to sarasota to use your boat.

I got the email from SeaRay to day about the realestate down in Brunswick area, that is about 45 min South of where I live. I came form the same email location that all other SeaRay email comes from.

I also seem to be on every waterfront resort community and boating community mailing list, but did not receive anything (probably in the wrong geographic area). What kind of price ranges are they talking about for water front lots and/or homes?

I looked a lot at various coastal real estate areas (FL, NC, SC, etc) before I bought a canal front house on Padre Island in TX last year. I highly recommend the "park the boat in the back yard" lifestyle. Even though we keep the fishing boat there and the Sea Ray on the lake, the eventual plan is to move down there with a coastal cruiser of some sort.

I'd be interested in comparing housing values. Definitely some good values to be had in some of the hardest hit areas. I know around our area you can get a canal front home starting in the mid 200's.
