We finally got our weather strip part ordered from the dealer. I really hate having to turn into the "big ol' meanie" for the sake of a small but cheap part though. Donna at Taylormade contacted Sea Ray and the next thing I knew the dealer was calling ME this time. Way to go eh? Just proves that there ARE companies out there who's employees are concerned about customer service. :smt038
