We lost the same one. No luck yet. Being told might need to have a mold made.

Did you call MarineMax? They have a decent parts Dept and can get stuff for you, if it’s still made. Won’t be cheap, of course.

I think having a piece of stainless fabricated would look great. I replaced the acrylic vent cover on my 280 with stainless. It's heavy though, and a lot smaller than the inserts on the 480. Mounting it securely could be a challenge - no more christmas trees and caulk!
