Sea Ray 350 (37') Fuel Consumtion

I own the same boat I get .8 at cruise consistently but if you put the juice to it it goes to .5 to.6 cruise is around 24 to 26 mph depending on load and conditions that's with drives IOS do alittle better. So you get there a little slower and use abit more fuel but all that being said I love the boat. Good luck

What computer program did you use? We just bought a 1990 420 with twin 7.4 gas engines. I would love to get this info for our boat.

This might help you. I made several runs with a laptop hooked up to the engines and here's what I produced.
Your speed at these various RPMs will differ but the consumption at each RPM should not. For comparison, this boat has a published dry weight of 18300 lbs. You didn't mention a model year but I suspect if it's a 350 it's around 2010 (prior to that they used a 2 digit model designation). If that's correct, your dry weight is published at 15400lbs. You should have better MPG figures than I did.

This software will not work on that generation of engine. The engines computer is not that sophisticated, sadly (I had your engines on my previous boat).
If you want fuel flow data you're going to have to install Floscans. Not terribly difficult but VERY accurate.
