School Policies...

Where does a rational, unbiased thinker even start trying to understand the mind of irrational, emotionally controlled, “safe-spacers” that claim to teach.

I can’t understand the logic.

I quit after this inconsistency jumped out at me: If the Illinois Board wants to “fix” the disparity in the SAT scores, how will that be addressed by allowing black students to not do homework, not attend class, and not behave in class? Sure, the end-of-term letter grade will improve, so Little Johnny gets a “B” instead of an “F”. Great. I’m happy for him. However, the article does not explain how Little Johnny is now going to excel on the nationwide SAT rank-based scoring system when he sits for the exam and has done none of his homework and did not pay attention in class, when he rarely did show up.
I am not hating on Little Johnny. My argument has nothing to do with race/ethnicity (which are two different things).
Please, someone tell me how Little Johnny’s un-earned “B” in English will help him in the Reading Comprehension section of the SAT?
Please, some progressive liberal thinker out there explain it to me. I am ready to listen….

I remember an experiment at a college where students where selling cookies to demonstrate college tuition for minorities vs non-minorities (whites). They priced the whites only cookies at $1 and the minority only cookies at $.25. There was outrage on both sides. Minorities where insulted and whites felt they had the rug pulled out from under them. The next day, they reversed the pricing. Guess what, same scenario of events took place although the higher priced cookies where deemed more racist. This experiment IIRC was probably 15 years ago. No way you could do that on a college campus now.

It has nothing to do with the SAT. It's worse than that. I just had a kid miss an online interview at 10:30 AM because he couldn't wake up for it. Our society is doomed with this lazy arse chit.
 
Kids need structure. Kids of all ages need structure. I don't care if what their race or ethnicity is, they need structure. When we remove structure, as we're seeing all across our country, we end up with kids who join gangs to get that structure.

Or they just wander through life without structure and end up as a financial drain on society. These are the kids who miss an online job interview at 10:30 because they couldn't wake up. These are the kids who turn to drugs more often than the kids who have structure in their lives.

Our country is dumbing down society. Other countries have more structure for their students and that's why, when those kids graduate, if they move to our country they get the good jobs. Look around at our hospitals and see how many doctors are from foreign ethnicity. Or look at engineering companies or just about any other career field.

My oncologist is from India. I sometimes have difficulty understanding him when he speaks because of the language barrier, but I gotta tell you that he has done an excellent job taking care of me, and that's what counts.

I've read that story. My first thought was 'is this real'?

If it's real then why not just do this....first day of high school all minorities should just be given their high school diploma, they should be told they graduated with high honors and also aced the SAT.
 
So the low performing students are taught that they don't have to turn in assignments, don't have to attend class and don't have to behave themselves and they can't fail. And this will somehow improve their SAT scores? That should work out great for them in the working world. I just don't have words for the woke stupidity of this sh!t.

Same thing that was taught when every kid gets a trophy. And look how that is turning out

So let's dumb down society so all are equal. Here's an idea...let's work harder to bring up the lower grade scale students to at least average (C level) so society as a whole can get better. But that's not the dems way.
This is possibly the most racist thing I have heard in the last few years. They are saying blacks are not capable of scoring as high as whites. BULL! I know some very intelligent black people. The dems are just further handicapping them.
 
I wonder if China, Korea, Japan and India lower their standards as we do here in the US? I bet they have mandatory woke programs each student has to take in order to graduate college. (sarcasm)

The 1st bullet point stresses the ‘inequities’ and the 2nd bullet point uses the term “equitable”. Seems to me Breitbart was on the mark - so close that a fact checker had to appear.
