Santa is bringing TVs for my 370

Does anybody know the biggest flat screens I can put in my 1997 370?

My guess is a 36 in the main salon and a 26 in the forward stateroom

I measured the width and that is what will fit, but anything else I need to know?

I am a little surprised, I have just fitted a Samsung 27" LED in the saloon and a Samsung 24" LED in the master suite of my 460. I would be a little surprised if you could fit anything bigger in your 370.I am on the boat this week, let me know if you would like photos of the install.Graham

I put a 32" in the Salon and a 20" in the forward cabin. Probably could have squeezed a 22" in, but it would have been a PITA to pull off.

Edit, go for the LED LCD if Santa has those in stock. Brighter, clearer picture and a wider viewing angle.

Depends on where you plan on putting the TV in the salon. Some have been putting them over the mid-cabin, back to back with the dash. If you do that, you should be able to fit a 32" no prob. If you plan on putting it over the hole where the old TV was then you are limited by the space there to maybe 26" tops. In the forward stateroom 22" might be the biggest. Keep in mind you'll be a lot closer to the screen there, so it doesn't need to be as big.

I put 20" screens in both spaces some 5 years ago when I got my boat. If I was to do it again, I would go with the LED backlit panels which are thinner and maybe relocate the main TV to that spot over the mid-cabin.

Here's an idea, especially if you have kids or like to game - put a PlayStation 3 behind the TV as it can function as both a gaming console and a BlueRay disc player.
