I've been messing around on the boat all week getting ready for the weekend. It's on the trailer and plugged in via extension cord. This morning I walked out and I could hear a sound from the outside that sounded like a bilge pump running. I popped into the engine compartment and it wasn't a bilge pump it was my charger!! The lights are green indicating flooded cells and in float mode, but it's buzzing!!! Normally when I plug it in I can put my ear on the hull and hear a buzz after I plug it in. This was LOUD like a worn out buzzer! I've checked the connections and all look good? Is this an indication that the charger is on it's last legs and about to die?? It's only two years old! Needless to say I unplugged it! I plugged it in again about an hour later and after a few moments it started buzzing again! It's unplugged now!
Thanks for any help you can send my way!
