Hello -
I have a significant water leak around the swim platform rub rail. From inside the engine room there is a steady stream of water coming in from four of five areas that look like screw holes. The leak only happens when the boat is underway at speed, and not while sitting in the slip or at idle speed in a no wake area.
Has anybody seen a problem like this that can provide me some direction on how to fix it? Removing the rub rail and reseating/caulking seem like the obvious choice, but looking for advise before jumping into that expense fix.

Thanks!

Plenty of posts on here for this subject, but removing the rub rail and sealing the joint is the likely fix. Usually tedious but not hard.

Also check the cockpit drains on the hull side. I originally thought my leak was the rub rail also and it only occurred underway. Good luck.
