RPM problem

380 Aft Cabin with twin gas Mercruisers. Have lost significant RPM since boat was pulled, cleaned, painted, motor and props tuned. Bottom and props carefully cleaned by diver, still short 600 RPM. Getting fule from high traffic, volume turn over, no ethanol home marina. Both motors turning same low RPM. Any suggestions welcomed.

when was the last time the engines were tuned up? i assume you have big blocks i this thing. which are notorious for eating plug wires. my suggestion is plugs and plug wires.
