Rod Holder (for Magma Grill) Install....

Has anyone added a rod holder (grill mount) on rear port side of a 380? There's a nice flat surface right behind where you step up to walk up to the bow but I'm really unsure what's underneath it...

Here is what I did on my 360DA....there is a storage cabinet behind the transom door, that I removed to check for access.....

Yes...I have a friend that is a builder and has alot of drill bits...it was like a hole saw....and it makes me nervous. Here is what my 360DA setup was like.

i have a brand new MAGMA rod holder mount for a rectangle MAGMA grill i will sell you for a fair price....i just installed it on my grill a couple weeks ago but we do not like using it on our recently acquired 340DA....we would not be able to use the grill mounted in the rod holder when the camper canvas is installed....we use the boat year round so this is a problem...

i just installed a MAGMA pedestal mount on my swim platform this past WE....now we can use the grill year round...

here is the rod holder mount i have for sale... 'Magma T10-375 Rod Holder Mount PowrGrip Levelock'

they sell for around $60 (before taxes)......you can have it for $30 and i'll pay the shipping cost....i am in SC so the shipping cost might not be too bad down to GA....

Thanks! Well I would but I bought the rod holder and grill mount last year for my 280 and never installed it. I am nervous about drilling a hole ANYWHERE in my boats...
