I have a 2002 340 Sundancer. I have a Raymarine RL70C display for GPS/Radar. The location on the helm where the display is "flush mounted" is on the port side of the helm and faces directly to the stern...which make it difficult to see unless I move to the port side of the helm.. The display is currently flush mounted and I would like to have the display angled towards me (but continue to be flush mounted just now angled towards me), which would make it easier to see without having to move..

I am looking for information on an after-market angled "flush" mount that would angle the display towards the captains seat.. Does anyone have any information on a pre fab unit or a fabricator who could make one for me.. Thks

I used a Ram Mount. It is an arm with sockets that fit into ball joints. You basically end up being able to position the display anywhere. I had to add a spacer of wood between the Ram Mount and the RL70 bracket. Here is a picture:

Your set-up looks great... Since my display is currently flush mounted, I would like to first see if I can keep it flush mounted but just have it angled towards me.. If I am not able to do that, I will use a set-up similar to your... Thks

Determine the angle that suits you and fashion a wedge between the unit and the dash that achieves that angle. You could do it out of wood or starboard depending on your tastes.
