This will probably be the first and only time I ever agree with El capitan’s post. Except that I think there is a going to be a list of other culpable people that are guilty of something.None of this changes the charges against him. The gun was in his hand. It fired. It killed a person.
Wether the hammer was back, finger on trigger or not, it’s his hand, pointing at her, and while in his hand it fires.
Toast.
Who ever put that round in that gun is culpable too. Whoever was responsible for gun safety protocols and monitoring is culpable. (If there was no such protocols, then whoever was responsible (legally or common sense) to ensure that they were in place is culpable.
I will be exactly the same process with that horrible tragedy in Michigan. There is a lot of mistakes that were made and there is more than just that kid that is culpable.
