Yeah, if you listened to the Defense attorney at his press conference, Kyle removed the three jurors they had marked as most favorable to the defense.

The media and people who go on these shows are just stupid. All they want to do is tear the country apart.

sounds like the president is on the edge of pandering to unlawful behavior. so disappointing to me that someone like him can be elected to the highest office in the world only to be so weak.
 
A judge is required to be impartial. Schroeder should have been recused, perhaps disbarred, for multiple examples of egregious bias toward the defense. There are a litany of judicial errors and demonstrated incompetence in this "trial", not least of which is Schroder, in a multiple murder case sitting, reading a cookie catalogue. His mind was made up. This could have been "American Justice" - but it's another oxymoron.

The American Justice system worked just fine. He was found not guilty by a jury of his peers.

its obvious to me sir you have zero understanding of justice. In fact the decision was based on Wisconsin law. The right to defend your self. I also live in a state that allows that without retreat. However the kid did retreat and they still came after him.

Fortunately, the judge doesn't have a vote on the jury. So it doesn't really matter that he "had his mind made up". Although I am curious how you gained such great insight into what is in the judge's mind and heart. Or, for that matter, how you have so much knowledge of Wisconsin state law being you are in Canada. What credentials do you possess that make you qualified to opine on the "judicial errors and demonstrated incompetence" of the judge? Or are you just parroting the leftist media as relayed to you in socialist Canada?

There are always alternate jurors should someone have to drop out and not fulfill their duty. And I couldnt give two shits less what the judge reads during a break. Sir if u did not see the videos I can understand. However if you seen them you are a complete D#$%##@$$. Sorry but you are way off base period. The kids choice was to be killed or shoot them.
