Riser Mainfold Question

In sept. 2009 my mechanic replaced the 6 inch risers and the gaskets on my 2006 sundancer. The manifolds have not been replaced since i purchased the boat new in 2006. I am having the mainfolds replaced now but the riser kit is on back order at merc. Can we re use the riser kit from 2009 with the new manifolds. I have a 350 mag mpi...salt water.

Resurface both ends

Yes you can reuse them - assuming they are in good condition. Make sure both sides are resurfaced and all old gasket material is scraped off. Also, it wouldnt hurt to repaint them with a fresh coat of the appropriate spray paint.

I'm surprised the risers went bad that quick with the dry joint setup, if they look OK I would re-use them for sure.
