Right lube for sticky sliding window

Hi All,
Just purchased a 2001 280 and while going through an inspection, found the small sliding window in the aft berth is very tough to slide. Would anyone recommend silicon spray or something else?

look at the post two down below yours on the forum about a sticky cabin door for some ideas....

That window slides inside a "fuzzy" material. It typically doesn't need any lubricant - I would clean it out REALLY well before I started spraying anything in there. If it's clean, it should slide well.
