I am excited to report I ran the boat today for the second time (first time since cool fuel modules were replaced) and was able to enjoy the evening and come back to dock it for the first time without BoatU.S. doing all the work!

I noticed since the fuel modules were replaced the SmartCraft system has been whacky, giving me full tank fuel readings (and it should be closer to 3/4ths) and delaying RPM readout a few seconds after engines are started. The biggest issue I noticed today was a lot of resistance with steering, especially to port. The wheel will give you very easy partial turn and then it feels like trying to turn the wheel of a car with no power steering that is stationary and turned off. Also the reading on the VesselView reads that rudders will turn only 20 degrees opposed to 60 when fully pinned in either direction. Initially I thought that this reading was correct (before i left the dock) but opened the engine compartment and saw the the hydraulics were completely extended or contracted so to rudders were in fact fully operational in range. Has this happened to anyone, is this an issue with calibration from VesselView, does the SmartCraft system even have anything to do with the power steering and resistance?

Is there any chance that the Raypilot ST-8002 is contributing to this problem? It is not powering up...
