Resealing the Vinly

Well i noticed some brown blotches on my sun deck. I think i tried too hard to wash out some stains and the scrubbing took off the protective coating off the vinly.. now i got these brown stains. So the question is.. Is there a way to remove these stains and is there a way to reseal the vinyl?

Crock.....if you took the finish right off the vinyl then you ought to contact a vinyl repair place like Dr. Vinyl. But first it might help if you could post a picture of the area for us to see.

will do.. as soon as it dries off .. just got back form the bay out of a storm.. ill post pics as soon as the thing air dries in the garage!..
