Crusader offers a 350 MPI designed for Merc I/O systems called the Power Pack SD. it is a 330hp engine that comes with starter, exhaust and fuel systems. I would need to transfer over my alternator, PS, pulley's, bravo 3 water pump, etc. It is supposedly a direct fit. Anyone here use this package for repower? I currently run a 305 Mercruiser EFI with a B3. I would be interested in hearing how the install went.

How much are we talking? Don't know much about Crusader, but never heard anything negative.

I would get a reman for half the price - by retrofitting one to merc specs (exhaust, raw water pump, etc) your getting rid of much of what makes crusaders better - I remember you were thinking about selling not too long ago - be careful of over improving the boat incase the urge comes up again. If you document the process and keep all the recipts I doubt the reman would bring you any less than the crusader. I know this is more than you asked about, but I figured i'd give you some food for thought

Good advice - I am assuming by going "reman" you mean a long block with me reusing my old accessories, TBI system, intake, etc?

Exactly - merc, jasper, michiganmotorz, etc - if you go to a 350 you may want to have your ecm reflashed
