Does anyone have any experience repowering a mid-1970s 240SRV with an outboard on a bracket extended from the transom? Any advice would be appreciated.

My brother in law did it to a 1974 Coronet. He had the old twin Volvo's removed and added a transom bracket. He re powered with twin Suzuki 225's. He is very happy with them. The boat is a little stern heavy though! It does handle and move pretty good!
