Replacing V Berth foam??

My 2004 foam in the Vberth area has some mold on it and I would like to replace it. Seems to be about 4" foam and fairly firm. Has anyone done this and if so where do you get the foam from? I'm thinking a fabric place may have something suitable.

Not certain about replacing cushion foam with memory foam. Memory foam is a great topper, but not sure how good a base it would be. I would check with a marine upholster and get their take on it. MM
