The track that the shower door enclosure slides in has cracked on my boat. The parts manual doesn't show it. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement?

It came with the boat, I assume from the factory, I think number 30 in the 2nd picture.

Looks the same as the rub rails found along the side of some smaller boats…..there is a piece of vinyl strip that slips under the lip on birth sides to complete the esthetics. I believe you could find a suitable replacement in Lowe’s or Home Depot…..also check out their really nice holiday displays.
Looks same as our guest shower curtain track. Search out "Klick System" track, end caps, and snap-tape carriers.
