Replacing Spark Plugs Westerbeke generator 4.5 BCGTC

Hello, I am trying to replace spark plugs on my Westerbeke generator 4.5 BCGTC (SeaRay 430DA 1999).

My questions
1 what would be right tool to remove original spark plugs? All tools I have tried are either too shallow, to large or too small. I have called the dealer, but they only giving me jokes, like "Your mechanic should know how to remove spark plugs".

2 what would be right tool to install new spark plugs which I received last week from Westerbeke?

I also found that thread but by reading it I did not understood what exactly tool should I buy.
Looks like old original plug require different tool, not clear which one?
And new one is 3/8 with extension? Is this correct for new plugs?

My 9.6 bctgc and 7.0 bcgb (same engine) use a std sparkplug socket, but it needs a swivel at the top to an extension. The rubber ring inside the socket was critical to getting them out and back in.
If I recall correctly, std sockets were too big on the outside diameter.
