So I swapped the old rule shower sump with an Atwood. The Atwood has integrated float switch as opposed to separate switch on the Rule. Only two wires on the Atwood connecting to 3 wires in the harness. The obvious is black to Black and brown and brown with orange stripe connect to brown from the Atwood sump. I can't get it to work. Have I blown a fuse? Where is the fuse? Help, I want to take a shower!

Is it possible the 3rd wire is for the indicator lamp? Strange it doesn't work though. Have a test light?

On mine, there is a breaker panel in the engine compartment and the Shower Sump should be on there.

Not sure if we're talking 390/40DA or the 400DA. The 400DA doesn't have a manual switch at the dash, but there are indicator lights.

Process of elimination. Start with a test light and see if you have power at the pump on the brown (+) and the black (-). The brown/orange chaser has to be your indicator (you can double check that in the schematics). The pump should kick on with brown/black when you lift the float. if not check the breaker. You can eliminate it by using a jumper wire across both terminals and see if the pump kicks on then. If not, you may have a bad ground. Have you verified the old pump is dead??? Might be the current issue got you thinking the pump went out. Hook it up straight to a battery and see.
