I've accepted the fact that I seem to be replacing my boat little by little last week it was the speakers, spotlight, both bow navlights the week before manifolds/risers the week before transom assembly before that my mind went numb and i can't remember.
This week it's the Promariner charger that went south, my question is this, I keep the boat in saltwater April-October, it's in great shape (now) and will be well maintained but I'm struggling with the idea of spending top dollar for a Charles charger. I feel that the salt air plays hell with electronic components and hastens their demise so why not go cheap on the charger and accept the fact that I will be changing it every 5 or 6 years? Salt water guys am I thinking right?

That's funny:

Before you get all crazy, call Promariner. They used to have a trade-in/refurb program where they would sell refurb units to previous customers at a pretty substantial discount.
