replacing lounge seats

I have a 1987 Seville and want to replace the 2 lounge seats. Overtons has standard lounge seats that look similiar to what is currently in the boat. Anyone have experience with purchasing these seats and putting in their Sea Ray?? How difficult is it to replace the lounge seats? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated and thanks!! Is there any place out there where i can buy the exact lounge seat that would be oem seats?

Depends on how handy your are. You might be able to repair them. In most cases it is just plywood covered with foam and vinyl staped to the wood.

I have an old crestliner that I replaced the seats in. The new ones are cheap, as in not so good. Think there is a company that makes plywood ones" Veada" I think
and they are semi custom. They appear alot more solid. The ones with plastic bases that i bought are flimsy. my 2cents.
